How do I invite my band members?From your band's dashboard, open Members and send an invite link — anyone who opens it can join your band instantly.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?On iOS, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On the web, manage your plan from your account settings page.
I'm not receiving push notifications — what should I check?Make sure notifications are enabled for BandManager in your device's Settings app, and that you're signed in with the same account on the device you expect to be notified on.
How do I delete my account or data?Email us at the address above with your account's email and we'll process the deletion request promptly.
